This Privacy Policy explains how Fearless Patriot (“Fearless Patriot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use thefearlesspatriot.com (the “Site”). It is written for a creator / media website with a worldwide audience and email signup features. It is not legal advice. Have counsel review it before you rely on it for California, EU/UK, payment, or advertising compliance.

1. Who we are & how to contact us

The Site is operated by Fearless Patriot, associated with content creator Jordan Salinas / The Fearless Patriot, based in Idaho, United States.

2. Scope

In plain English This Policy covers the website and related signup forms. Social apps and other companies have their own policies.

This Policy applies to information we process in connection with the Site and its forms. It does not control how third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, payment providers, etc.) process data when you use their services — those are governed by their own policies.

3. Information you provide

In plain English If you type something into a form or email us, we receive what you send (like your email address).

We may collect:

Email and list details when you subscribe — including email address, signup source tags (such as updates or shop), timestamp, and limited request metadata used for spam and abuse prevention (for example user-agent)
Messages and inquiry content if you contact contact@ or media@, including your name, email, and whatever you choose to write
Order and fulfillment details if/when a shop checkout is enabled (name, shipping address, order contents, communication preferences) — often collected partly by checkout providers

Please do not submit passwords, full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive data through general Site forms. Use official checkout flows for payments when available.

4. Information collected automatically

In plain English When you visit, our hosts may log basic technical data (like IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

Like most websites, we and our infrastructure providers may automatically collect technical data such as:

IP address and approximate location derived from IP
Browser type and version, device type, and operating system
Referring/exit pages, URLs requested, timestamps, and diagnostic logs
Basic performance and security signals (for example error logs)

This information helps us deliver the Site, diagnose problems, maintain security, and understand aggregate traffic patterns.

5. Information from third parties

Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

7. Email communications

In plain English Subscribing means you want those emails. You can unsubscribe anytime. Shop vs. general lists can be separate.

When you submit your email, you agree to receive emails from Fearless Patriot / The Fearless Patriot related to the signup source you used. Where the Site offers separate sources (for example shop versus updates), we treat them as separate opt-ins so shop notifications are not automatically the same as full company updates.

We may use email delivery tools (including providers such as Resend or similar services) to send messages, manage unsubscribes, and track basic delivery events (sends, bounces, complaints). We do not sell your email address. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate email and the Site, as described in this Policy.

You may unsubscribe using links in emails or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or service messages when appropriate (for example confirming a request or providing legally required notices).

8. Cookies & similar technologies

In plain English Cookies are small files that help sites work and measure traffic. Details live in our Cookie Policy.

We and certain providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies. Categories, examples, and controls are described in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this disclosure.

9. Embedded social & media content

In plain English If YouTube or other platforms load on a page (or you click out to them), those companies may collect data under their own rules.

The Site may link to or embed content from YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and similar services. When embeds load or you visit those platforms, they may set cookies, collect device and usage data, and process information independently of Fearless Patriot. We do not control those practices. Review each platform’s privacy policy and your account settings there.

10. How we share information

In plain English We don’t sell email lists. We do share data with vendors that help run the site (hosting, email, etc.), and when the law requires it.

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the website, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and safety, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information as “sale” is commonly understood (for example, selling your email list for money).

We may share information:

With processors / service providers who perform services for us (hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, DNS, customer support, ecommerce) under instructions to us
For legal reasons if we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to protect rights, safety, and security
In a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality where feasible
With your direction or consent
In aggregated or de-identified form that is not reasonably likely to identify you

If future advertising technologies could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California or similar state laws, we will update this Policy and provide required opt-outs.

11. Service providers & infrastructure

In plain English Tools like Vercel (hosting) and Google Sheets / email providers may process data so the site and lists can function.

Depending on how the Site is configured, processors may include:

Vercel — hosting and serverless functions (including form handling)
Google — signup storage (for example Sheets / Apps Script), fonts, and YouTube-related services
Email providers such as Resend or similar — delivering newsletters and transactional mail
DNS, CDN, or security providers — delivering and protecting the Site
Ecommerce, payment, and shipping providers — if/when a shop is live

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their processing is governed by their terms and our configuration of their services.

12. Payment processors (when shop is live)

In plain English If you buy merch later, card payments usually go through a payment company — not through a plain email form.

When merchandise checkout is enabled, payments will typically be processed by third parties (for example Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or similar). Those processors collect and process payment card and billing data under their own privacy policies. We generally receive order details needed for fulfillment and support — not full card numbers when using standard hosted checkout.

13. Analytics & advertising

In plain English We may add analytics later to see what content works. If we add ad pixels, we’ll update this Policy.

We may use privacy-conscious or industry-standard analytics to understand aggregate traffic. If we enable advertising pixels or remarketing, those tools may process identifiers and events for measurement or ads. We will update this Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy when such tools are introduced, and provide consent or opt-out mechanisms where required by law.

14. Data retention

In plain English We keep signup records while you’re subscribed (and a bit longer so we don’t accidentally email you again), and logs as needed for security and operations.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

Email list records while you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period afterward for suppression, dispute resolution, and legal compliance
Message/inquiry records for a reasonable period to manage conversations and records
Server and security logs according to provider defaults and our operational needs
Order and tax records (if any) as required for accounting and legal obligations

When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete or de-identify it, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

15. Security

In plain English We take reasonable steps to protect data (like HTTPS and limited access), but no system is perfectly secure.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to a small creator website, such as HTTPS in transit and restricted access to signup storage and admin tools. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your interaction with us has been compromised, contact media@thefearlesspatriot.com promptly.

16. Children’s privacy

In plain English This site isn’t aimed at kids under 13. If a child signed up, tell us and we’ll delete the info.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it. If you are in a region with a higher age for digital consent, do not use signup features unless you meet that age or have verifiable parental consent where required.

18. California privacy rights

In plain English California residents may have extra rights to know, delete, or correct personal info — email us to make a request.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) may provide rights to:

Know / access categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect
Delete personal information, subject to exceptions
Correct inaccurate personal information
Opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, if applicable
Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, if we collect it
Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

Depending on your interactions, categories we may collect include identifiers (such as email and IP address), internet / electronic network activity (site interactions and logs), and commercial information (orders, if any). We collect them for the purposes in Section 6 and retain them as described in Section 14.

To exercise rights, email media@thefearlesspatriot.com with “California Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity and, where allowed, accept requests from an authorized agent. We do not currently have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.

19. International visitors (incl. GDPR-style notice)

In plain English The site is U.S.-based but people visit from everywhere. If EU/UK rules apply to you, you may have extra rights — contact us to use them.

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your home country.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and GDPR / UK GDPR-style rules apply to our processing of your personal data:

Legal bases may include: consent (email marketing); contract / pre-contract steps (fulfilling a request or order); legitimate interests (securing and improving the Site, basic logs and analytics, responding to inquiries, preventing abuse), balanced against your rights; and legal obligation
You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
International transfers may rely on appropriate safeguards used by our providers (such as Standard Contractual Clauses), where required

We do not currently operate the Site as an EU/UK-targeted service, but we provide this notice for transparency when international visitors reach the Site. Mandatory local consumer and privacy protections that cannot be waived still apply to the extent required by law.

20. Do Not Track

In plain English Browsers sometimes send a “Do Not Track” signal; there’s no single industry standard for it, so we follow this Policy instead.

Some browsers include a Do Not Track (DNT) setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to DNT, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time beyond the practices described in this Policy and the Cookie Policy. If that changes, we will update this section.

In plain English Other websites we link to have their own privacy rules.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. Their privacy practices are their own. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Review their notices before providing information to them.

22. Changes to this Policy

In plain English We may update this page as tools and laws change. Check the date at the top.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in practices, technologies, legal requirements, or the Site. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice for material changes (for example a site notice or email where appropriate). Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
