1. Reporting infringement

In plain English If you think we posted your copyrighted work without permission, email us a proper DMCA notice and we’ll review it.

Send notices to media@thefearlesspatriot.com with subject line DMCA Notice. Include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL preferred)
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed

2. What we may do

In plain English We may remove or disable the material and, for repeat abuse, limit access.

Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and take other appropriate action. In suitable circumstances, we may terminate repeat infringers’ access to Site features we control.

3. Counter-notification

In plain English If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice as allowed by the DMCA.

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to media@thefearlesspatriot.com as permitted by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including the elements required by statute (contact information, identification of removed material, good faith statement, consent to jurisdiction, and signature).
