Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 6, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using thefearlesspatriot.com (the “Site”) and, where context fits, interacting with official Fearless Patriot channels in ways that involve the Site (forms, embeds, linked community spaces we control). It is part of our Terms of Service. It is not legal advice.
1. Why this Policy exists
In plain English We want a usable site and a line against harassment, scams, and abuse — without turning commentary into a free-for-all for illegal conduct.
Fearless Patriot publishes editorial and community-facing content. This AUP explains uses that are allowed and uses that can get content removed, access blocked, messages ignored, or matters reported to platforms or authorities. Disagreement with our viewpoints is not itself a violation; abuse, crime, and technical attacks are.
2. Who must follow it
In plain English Everyone who uses the Site — visitors, subscribers, commenters, and anyone submitting forms — must follow these rules.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this AUP. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, that organization is also responsible for compliance.
3. Core standards
In plain English Be lawful. Don’t try to break the site. Don’t harass people. Don’t pretend to be us.
You agree to:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information when you submit forms
- Respect other people’s rights, safety, and privacy
- Respect our intellectual property and brand
- Avoid conduct that disrupts the Site or our operations
4. Prohibited conduct
In plain English Here’s the short list of “don’ts.” Details follow in later sections.
You may not, and may not attempt to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, dox, or abuse any person
- Promote or facilitate violent crime or illegal activity
- Upload malware or interfere with Site security or availability
- Scrape or flood the Site in ways that harm performance or abuse APIs/forms
- Spam forms, inboxes, or community features
- Impersonate Fearless Patriot, Jordan Salinas, staff, or others
- Misuse our trademarks, logos, or media without permission
- Collect personal data of others through the Site without authority
- Circumvent bans, rate limits, or access controls
5. Harassment & threats
In plain English Criticism is fine. Threats, stalking, doxxing, and coordinated harassment are not.
Prohibited examples include:
- Credible threats of violence or serious harm
- Repeated unwanted contact after a clear request to stop
- Publishing private personal information (home address, private phone, private email, etc.) to intimidate or encourage targeting
- Sexual harassment, hate-based harassment, or campaigns designed to silence through abuse rather than debate
Strong opinions, insults, and heated political disagreement are common online and are not automatically violations. Context matters. We may still moderate or refuse engagement on our channels for tone, safety, or reputation reasons even when conduct is not illegal.
6. Illegal & high-risk content
In plain English Don’t use the Site to plan crimes, traffic illegal goods, or share content that’s illegal to possess or distribute.
You may not use the Site to:
- Offer or solicit illegal goods or services
- Distribute content that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction (including certain child sexual abuse material, which we will report)
- Provide actionable instructions intended for imminent violent crime
- Engage in fraud, phishing, or identity theft
- Violate export controls, sanctions, or other trade restrictions applicable to you
Discussion of public policy, firearms laws, current events, or self-defense topics in general terms is not the same as using the Site to commit or facilitate a crime. See also the Website Disclaimer.
7. Security & technical abuse
In plain English Don’t hack, probe, or overload the site.
Prohibited examples include:
- Introducing viruses, worms, trojans, or other harmful code
- Denial-of-service or volumetric attacks
- Unauthorized scanning, exploitation, or penetration of systems, accounts, or networks related to the Site
- Tampering with headers, authentication, forms, or access controls
- Using the Site to attack or probe third-party systems
Good-faith security research should be reported privately to media@thefearlesspatriot.com rather than exploited. We may still take protective action while we investigate.
8. Spam, scraping & automation
In plain English Ordinary browsing is fine. Bulk bots abusing forms or scraping in a harmful way are not.
You may not:
- Submit bulk or automated signups, messages, or form spam
- Use bots or scrapers that send more requests than a person could reasonably generate, or that degrade Site performance
- Harvest emails or personal data from the Site for marketing lists or resale without authority
- Bypass robots controls, rate limits, or CAPTCHA/anti-abuse measures
Public search engines indexing publicly available pages in the ordinary manner are generally permitted.
9. Impersonation & brand misuse
In plain English Don’t pretend to be Fearless Patriot or Jordan, and don’t use the brand to scam people.
You may not:
- Impersonate Fearless Patriot, Jordan Salinas, employees, partners, or other people
- Create confusingly similar sites, accounts, merch, or domains to mislead the public
- Use our logos, marks, or media to imply endorsement or partnership without written permission
- Run giveaways, fundraisers, or “official” campaigns in our name without authorization
10. Intellectual property
In plain English Don’t steal our media for commercial use, and don’t upload content you don’t have rights to.
You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content except as allowed in the Terms. If you submit content, you must have the rights to do so. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Copyright Policy.
11. Children & sensitive data
In plain English Don’t submit kids’ personal data or dump sensitive IDs into our forms.
Do not use the Site to submit personal information of children under 13, or to upload government IDs, full payment card numbers, private medical records, or similarly sensitive data through general forms. See the Privacy Policy.
12. Forms, email lists & submissions
In plain English Use real contact info for signups. Don’t use forms to harass or spam us. Idea pitches are covered by the Terms.
When using signup or contact forms, you agree:
- Not to submit emails or identities you do not control in order to harass others
- Not to use forms for phishing, malware delivery, or scam solicitations
- That unsolicited ideas and pitches are governed by the Public figure / unsolicited submissions section of the Terms
13. Third-party platforms
In plain English YouTube, Instagram, X, and Facebook have their own rules. Breaking those can still get you banned there — and related Site abuse can still violate this AUP.
Official social accounts are subject to each platform’s rules. Conduct on those platforms that is tied to impersonation, threats, scams, or brand abuse involving Fearless Patriot may also violate this AUP or the Terms when it affects the Site or our operations. Platform embeds may collect data under their own policies — see the Cookie Policy.
14. Enforcement
In plain English We can remove content, block access, ignore messages, or report serious abuse. We don’t have to debate every moderation call.
If we believe you violated this AUP or the Terms, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Removing or refusing content or submissions
- Blocking IP addresses, browsers, or form access
- Ignoring or filtering messages
- Reporting to platforms, hosts, or law enforcement
- Pursuing civil remedies
We may investigate suspected violations, but we are not obligated to monitor all activity. Enforcement decisions are not a finding of criminal guilt.
15. Reporting abuse
In plain English See something abusive involving the Site? Tell us.
Report Site-related abuse to media@thefearlesspatriot.com with details and URLs where possible. For copyright issues, use the DMCA process. For emergencies involving immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
16. Changes
In plain English We can update this AUP; the date at the top will change.
We may revise this AUP by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised AUP, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
17. Contact & related policies
