Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

Fearless Patriot is committed to improving the accessibility of the Site on an ongoing basis. Accessibility is a process, not a one-time checkbox. As we add features (shop, embeds, forms, media), we will try to keep usability in mind and fix issues when we learn about them.

2. Standards we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where feasible for a small creator site. That is an aspirational target and a guide for design/development decisions. This statement does not claim that the Site fully conforms to WCAG, ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549, or any other standard at all times.

3. Measures we take

Depending on the page, measures may include:

We also try to write legal and marketing copy in plainer language where we can (including short summaries on legal pages) so information is easier to understand.

4. Compatible technologies

The Site is designed to work with current, widely used browsers (for example recent Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Experience with screen readers (such as VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS), voice control, and other assistive technologies may vary by device, browser, and settings.

5. Known limitations

Areas that may be harder to use include:

If you find a barrier not listed here, tell us — that feedback is how small sites improve.

6. Third-party content

The Site links to and may embed third-party services. Those services have their own interfaces and accessibility practices. We cannot fully remediate barriers inside third-party players or apps. Where a barrier blocks access to information that also exists on our Site, contact us and we will try to provide an alternative format when reasonably possible.

7. Feedback & assistance

We welcome accessibility feedback. Please email contact@thefearlesspatriot.com (or media@thefearlesspatriot.com for press/legal routing) and include:

We will review requests in good faith and try to provide a reasonable workaround or fix on a timeline appropriate to a small team. Complex remediations may take longer than simple copy or label fixes.

8. Enforcement / escalation (U.S.)

If you have a disability and believe you have been denied access to information or services on the Site, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Depending on your situation and applicable law, additional resources may include the U.S. Department of Justice ADA information lines / websites, or filing options described by relevant agencies. This paragraph is informational and does not expand or limit legal rights.

9. Updates

We may revise this Accessibility Statement by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date.
