Newsletter Terms

1. Agreement

By entering your email and submitting a signup form on the Site (or otherwise expressly requesting to join a Fearless Patriot list), you agree to these Newsletter Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. Who sends the emails

Lists are operated by Fearless Patriot, associated with content creator Jordan Salinas / The Fearless Patriot. We do not sell your email address. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate lists and the Site, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. How you join

Subscription is voluntary. You must use an email address you control. We may confirm subscriptions, reject suspicious signups, or require additional verification if needed to reduce fraud and spam.

Submitting someone else’s email without authority to subscribe them is prohibited and may violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

4. List types (shop vs. updates)

The Site may offer multiple signup sources. Common examples include:

Where the Site labels a form as shop-only, we intend that signup to be limited to shop-related messages and not an automatic subscription to every company update. You may still receive separate messages if you also opt into other lists, or if a message reasonably qualifies as a service notice described below.

Source tags in our systems (and related documentation) help us keep those opt-ins distinct. If you are unsure which lists you are on, contact us and we will help sort it out.

5. What you may receive

Depending on the list, messages may include:

Message content is informational/entertainment-oriented and subject to the Website Disclaimer.

6. Consent language on forms

Signup forms include consent text substantially like: “By subscribing, you agree to receive emails from The Fearless Patriot. You may unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.” Shop forms may note that shop notices are separate from the full company list. That on-form language is part of your agreement to these Newsletter Terms.

7. Frequency

We aim to email at a reasonable frequency for a creator brand. Volume may increase around launches, major announcements, or shop drops, and may be lower during quiet periods. We do not guarantee a fixed schedule.

8. Unsubscribing & preferences

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails (when sent through a compliant email provider) or by contacting contact@thefearlesspatriot.com or media@thefearlesspatriot.com with the address to remove and which list(s) (shop, updates, or both).

We will process unsubscribe requests promptly. It may take a short period for changes to propagate across systems. After you unsubscribe from marketing lists, we may keep a suppression record so we do not accidentally re-add you — see the Privacy Policy retention section.

9. Transactional / service messages

Unsubscribing from marketing lists does not necessarily stop transactional or service messages related to a request you initiated (for example confirming a change you asked for, responding to a support thread, or sending legally required notices). We will not use transactional channels as a loophole to continue marketing after you unsubscribe.

10. Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for providing a correct address and for keeping access to it. We are not responsible for messages lost to full inboxes, spam filters, forwarding rules, or incorrect addresses.

11. Providers (email delivery & storage)

We may use service providers such as Vercel (form handling/hosting), Google Sheets / Apps Script (list storage), and email delivery platforms (for example Resend or similar) to collect, store, send, and manage unsubscribes. Those providers process data as described in the Privacy Policy. Delivery events (bounces, complaints) may be used to maintain list hygiene.

12. No spam; anti-abuse

We may remove addresses that bounce repeatedly, mark mail as spam, or appear tied to abuse. We may reject or delete signups that appear automated or fraudulent. Abuse of forms is prohibited under the Acceptable Use Policy.

13. International recipients

Lists may include subscribers worldwide. Processing often occurs in the United States through our providers. Mandatory local marketing and privacy rules that cannot be waived still apply to the extent required by law. Privacy rights requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual property in emails

Email content may include trademarks, photos, video thumbnails, and writing owned by Fearless Patriot or licensors. You may forward messages for personal use. You may not republish email content for commercial purposes without permission, except for ordinary personal sharing that does not misrepresent the material.

15. No professional advice in emails

Emails are subject to the same limits as Site content in the Website Disclaimer and Terms — including no legal, financial, or medical advice, and no guarantee of accuracy regarding news or third-party reports.

16. Changes to lists or these Terms

We may modify list names, providers, formats, or these Newsletter Terms by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may also note them on the Site or in an email where appropriate. If you do not agree, unsubscribe.
